Frequently asked questions

Which documents do I need?

Individuals need a valid ID card or passport, a driving licence held for at least 2 years and a third document: a credit or payment card. Drivers must be at least 23. Businesses need a valid commercial register extract and identification for the authorised signatory.

Is there a down payment or security deposit?

There is no upfront down payment. A security deposit is separate: whether it is required and its amount depend on rental approval. We confirm the terms before you sign.

What does the monthly price include?

EU insurance cover, scheduled servicing, seasonal tyres and changes, 24/7 assistance, a Slovak motorway vignette and a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown. The contract sets out the coverage and service terms.

What if I exceed my mileage?

Each vehicle’s calculator shows its excess-kilometre rate. Choose mileage that suits your needs and contact us if your requirements change during the rental.

Can I drive abroad?

Tell us your planned destinations in the enquiry. We will confirm permitted countries and the conditions for your vehicle and contract before travel.

Can I return the car early?

Early termination must be arranged individually. Terms and any costs depend on your contract; contact us before planning an early return.

Rental conditions

Documents required to conclude a rental contract.

Companies

A valid extract from the Commercial Register.
Valid identity documents for the person signing the contract and the driver.
The rental contract is signed by the company’s statutory representative or an authorised person.

Individuals

A valid identity card or passport.
A driving licence held for at least 2 years.
A valid third document: credit or debit card.
The minimum driver age is 23.

Rental approval and security deposit

Before a contract for a specific vehicle is concluded, the applicant must pass the lessor’s approval process. To demonstrate creditworthiness, the renter may provide the company’s financial results or pay a vehicle security deposit. Its return is governed by the agreed timing and contract terms.
